How we price

One size does not
fit all.

We do not publish a rate card, because we have never quoted two engagements the same way. A forty-car society and a four-hundred-car society are different operations, and so are a pre-seed deck and a contact centre.

How a quote happensNo rate card
01 A written scopeBefore any number is put on the work.
02 A single priceWith the assumptions behind it attached.
03 No charge to askThe conversation that gets you there is free.
What we price against

What actually moves the number.

So you know what to have ready when you contact us.

  • Water and power access at the site
  • Billed to the society, or to residents individually
ZD·KIT

Managed cloud kitchens

  • Catchment and rent in that catchment
  • Kitchen size and equipment the menu needs
  • Headcount and shift pattern
  • Expected daily order volume
  • Fixed fee, revenue share, or a hybrid
ZD·CON

Consultancy

  • Which practice, and whether we advise or operate
  • Duration — project, retainer, or ongoing
  • Headcount involved on our side
  • For search: seniority of the role
  • For digital: scope and platforms
What you can expect from us. A written scope before any number, a single price with the assumptions attached, and no charge for the conversation that gets there. If we think the work is not worth doing, we will say so rather than quote for it.
